  1. To conduct management of whole of the affairs of the Corporation subject to the superintendence, control all directions of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
  2. To place before the Board specific proposals vis-à-vis activities of the Corporation is pursuance of item Service Regulations and Memorandum & Articles of association from  time to time.
  3. To sign and execute himself or through other officers authorized, all contracts, agreements in connection with the business of the Corporation and institute, conduct, defend, compound or abandon any legal proceedings by or against the company or its officers or otherwise concerning the affairs of the Company.
  4. To look after the affairs of the Corporation under the overall supervision of the Board of Directors.
  5. To organize the business of the Corporation within the objective enumerated in the memorandum and, Articles of Association.

 

Note: The Managing Director is empowered to further delegate the powers to the General Manager or any other officer of the Corporation subject to his control and supervision.

  1. To sanction increments To frame “Employees Service Bye Laws” and “Financial General Regulations” of the Company and place these therefore the Board for approval.
  2. To grant all kinds of leave to the staff of the Corporation.
  3. To function as overall Controlling Officer of the employees of the Corporation and to sanction all type of leave, draw salaries, TA Bills, TA advances etc. of all employees of the Corporation.
  4. To be the appointing/ disciplinary authority for all employees of the Corporation.

(Note: The Divisional Managers will collect the requirements of their Division and will associate with the Divisional Manager, HP AIC Ltd. Parwanoo for effecting the purchase of the branches functioning under them on the prescribed dated i.e. 7th and 21st or the next working day if there is holiday on these dates or as mutually agreed in case of emergent requirements purchases made by the Branch Level Purchase Committee shall be approved by the concerned Divisional Level Committee.

            The above Purchase Committees will also function as Tender Evaluation Committees where tenders are invited for purchase.

            All Committees will finalize the purchase at their own level and will send the proceedings to the Head Office for record. The Divisional Manager/Branch Manager who will purchase the material by the Local Purchase Committees or through the Central Purchase Committee through Divisional Manager constituted for the trading items mentioned above will also send it for record. The concerned Divisional Manager/Branch Manager/Incharge who purchase material through any Committee will submit to the Head Office except Production Units, the total price of trading items; purchases, the sale price, profit margin earned for information to the Head Office.
            Vety. Medicines required by Feed Plants shall be purchased from manufacturers through committee constituted for the purpose.

            When Divisional manager, Parwanoo will be on leave, in that case for purchase of raw material for AIF Jachh, Chief Purchase officer, HP AIC H.O. Shimla/Neighbouring Divisional Manager, HP AIC, Dharamshala will participate.
